Dragon Boat Programs

Summer 2017

Competitive (Traveling) Racing Crews

We have several crews in a number of divisions and classes (e.g. men's, women's, mixed, under 24, premier, 40+, 50+). These crews typically practice twice a week (Mondays & Wednesdays) and travel to 3 or 4 races each season, some for fun, others with a mind to winning a berth to the World Championships (next worlds are in Hungary in 2018). Teams are always open to new members. We recommend you try our racing league first, and then transition to one of the more experienced crews. Alternately, we will be holding several newbie nights during the season - just reach out to us and we'll help you find your perfect fit.

Dragon boat is the fastest growing team water sport in the world, and our certified coaches can help you establish your club or crew. Our clinics can take place at your facility or ours, are tailored to your crew's needs and goals, and can cover steering, coaching and/or paddling. Learn more about our dragon boat clinics...

Team Building Sessions

These group sessions build trust, camaraderie and cohesiveness. They break barriers (imagine the CEO and an intern working side-by-side). They’re also a ton of good, splashy, fun. Sessions are held right on the beautiful Burlington waterfront, steps away from great restaurants, shopping and a host of other activities to round out your day.

Each session includes dry-land instruction, an energizing warm-up, one or two on-water practices, a snack-break, personalized and group feedback, and even a mini-race...because it is a competitive sport after all, not to mention the fastest-growing team water sport in the world!
